Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During product drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Carrier selection depends on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Don’s Market Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Lost Packages
Don’s Market Official is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as “Delivered.”
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
If a package is confirmed as lost while in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at donsmarketofficial@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Replacement orders are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
